Road to Graduation

Hello,
Its been hella busy since the day we finished the final exam. Now the graduation ceremony is just one week away! I'm kinda nervous overwhelmed and excited at the same time.
There's too many things to be done within 3 weeks. I have to prep for my family needs and tour when they're in town for my graduation, while in the mean time, pack-sort out-get rid of my stuff that has been built up to infinity these passed 6 yrs and half. How crazy is that?

I wanna take my sweet time wrapping everythng up, so things are going too slow right now hahaha.
Wish me luck! I guess part of me still find its hard to let go and to accept the fact that I'm leaving so soon. Cairo might have been rough on me but I've spent quarter of my life here, so we might have bond in a way words cannot describe.

Hang On!

Alhamdulillah yesterday marked my last day for IM written exams. Next up is Surgery written exams. I feel super relieved that I finally finish one part of this long MBBCh exam battle smoothly.

Lets work hard for the remaining exams. Keep calm and study and don't let the fear of what the future holds, stops you.
Don't let negative comments and perceptions get to you. Hang on right there with a winner mindset.

All the hard times shall pass and while at that, take a look around and you'll find little things that keep you sane. Laugh with the world and have fun!

Love,
yourself

Sisters Trip

Just a glimpse of the trip that I took last winter with my little sis and our friends. We decided to travel around Western Europe a bit.
(Probably the most expensive trip I've ever been to *cries*)

However, I still enjoy the trip so much.

London was gloomy and sometimes its raining, but still the city is so pretty. We did a lot of fun things around London and shop till our shoulders drop at the Oxford Street.
Brussels also welcome us with light shower on and off.
Bruges on the other hand is wonderful. The medieval town is looking magical and dreamy. We take a cruise to go around the water canals. Stopped by at the shops selling Belgian laces and chocolates. (basically just stared at the shop windows and stuffed ourselves with crunchy hot french fries)
Amsterdam got us in awe. I love the fact that the city is so convenient to go around by bicycle. Spent a lot of time in the city, went to Albert market to taste fresh made Stroop waffles and cold pressed juice. I even had a chance to get some impulse purchase done at the very last minute.

Being able to travel with my sis is a huge blessing, seeing that I only have 2 years left here. I'm glad that we decided to do this together.

Writing this post in order to recap on the trip and reminiscing the great time we spent together. Unexpected events, twists and turns (huhuhu) we made through it all safely. Alhamdulillah
