May Peace Be Upon You !
It has been a while.
Yeah. I know.
My life just goes on like usual.
Thus, nothing much happened. Nothing huge enough to be share here.
But.
As I have mention before, I'll write about my winter trip to some of the Eastern countries of Europe last January, if and only if I got some spare time to spend on reminiscing those splendid memories.
And here it comes. The 'spare time' that I'm leisurely spending on basically doing nothing is actually my 'Easter break'. After a loooooong period of time, weeks and weeks of lectures, rounds and outpatient clinics, I got a week break right after the end of Opthalmology round.
The end round exam was this morning.
Although I feel sick to the stomach at the thought of taking an exam, I'm relieved that the pain is finally over. (At least for now) Alhamdulillah.
So back to business,
I took the trip to EE with my fellow friends. The five of us managed to get through the main cities of the countries which are Austria, Bosnia - Herzegovina, Croatia, Republic Czech, Hungary.
We experienced the snow, the rain, the pain and the gain (ok, I'm not kidding. there's things you gain and you lose along the way)
We greeted every new day as the start to new adventure, a journey to see only one part of this big world.
Pics are flooding your way.
Notice that, there is no picture taken in Vienna. While we were in Vienna, the snow shower heavily and (mind you, it was 0 degree Celcius !) I was not prepared (not even have a pair of decent gloves). To get my camera out with bare hands, well that is a no no for me.
Luckily, Z got extra gloves for me to borrow, making it better than being bare-handed outside in such a cold weather.
I keep my hands inside the pockets along the way, photobombing others' selfies and wefies. Haha. I used my phone camera quite a few times in Vienna, thinking what a waste if I don't capture any single moment of this beautiful city.
In conclusion, the 12 days trip was awesome and I'm really grateful for the opportunity.
At the end of the day, I ask myself a question. If there's only one thing that is the most important, what would that be?
For me, its your attitude towards your surrounding. How you respond to people around you and how you treat them. Because that will make a difference. A huge one.
Until the next time,
pray for a fun ride and successful journey in the new round (ENT) ! Ameeeeen. <3
